We warrant (to the original purchaser) that DX Engineering® and Comtek® brand products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
Products of other brand manufacturers are covered by their own warranties. Warranty information (when available) can be found by clicking the "Warranty" link near the bottom of the part detail page. Warranty paperwork will also be included with your order.
New transceiver and receiver purchases have a 20-day warranty period against manufacturing defects through DX Engineering. After this time period, defects must be adressed with the manufacturer. Click the following link for more information on Transceiver and Receiver Warranties.

- Please keep your original box and packing material. Many manufacturers require it for warranty claims.
- Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.
