New transceivers and receivers have a 20-day warranty against manufacturing defects through DX Engineering. This is from the date your item ships.

  • After this time period, refer to the vendor’s warranty statement or contact Customer Service.
  • Vendor warranty statements are available on the item’s product page by clicking the warranty link.
  • To qualify for warranty, the manufacturer requires that you keep the original box and packaging.
    • The original box and packaging is the best protection when returning an item for any type of service.

Items that qualify to be returned to DX Engineering must:

  • Be returned in the original packaging materials with UPC tags intact.
  • Include all manuals and accessories from the original package.
  • Be over-boxed to prevent damage in shipping.

DX Engineering reserves the right to deny warranty exchange when returned without these items.

Notes:

  • When returning Items with a LI-ion battery, you must follow the shipper’s guidelines.
  • All items are subject to testing and inspection.
    • Please send a detailed description and/or video of the potential defect to DX Engineering so the issue can be duplicated
